OUR ROOMS

The Links Lets offers en suite rooms in Seahouses with room-only accommodation, featuring self check-in and free parking for one car per room. We provide both twin and double options, each equipped with en suite shower facilities, a hospitality tray, and complimentary toiletries. Our six rooms are located on the first floor, accessible via an outside metal staircase, which may not be suitable for guests with disabilities. For those seeking convenience, our Snug room is tastefully decorated, offering its own parking right outside with ground floor access.

Situated in the heart of Northumberland, our holiday lets are just a two-minute walk from the bustling harbour, where boat trips to the Farne Islands depart. The area is renowned for its stunning beaches and scenic landscapes, and is dotted with historic castles, including the famous Bamburgh and Alnwick, known for its connection to Harry Potter. Seahouses village also boasts a variety of restaurants, pubs, and cafes within a short walking distance.

OUR ROOMS

The Links Lets offers self check-in accommodation featuring en suite rooms in Seahouses, complete with room-only options and free parking for one car per room. Our en suite rooms are equipped with shower facilities, thermostatically controlled central heating, a television, hairdryer, complimentary hospitality tray, and toiletries, along with free WiFi. We have six rooms located on the first floor, accessible via a metal, open tread staircase at the rear of the building, which may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties or some dogs. Our Snug room is tastefully decorated and offers ground floor access with its own parking spot; however, please note that this room is NOT dog-friendly. There is a reception area at the back of the car park, which operates with limited hours. All rooms are designed for self check-in, allowing entry via a key lock located at each room's entrance, with details provided upon confirmation. Bookings for our Northumberland holiday let can be made directly during office hours or via email at linkshotel@hotmail.com, and we will respond the next working day. Terms and Conditions include a non-refundable deposit equal to the total booking cost required approximately one week before arrival. Please be aware that all bookings become non-refundable after payment is made approximately one week prior to arrival.

With easy access to local amenities, golf courses, beach walking, cycling, and a great base for exploring the heritage and natural beauty of Northumberland, this accommodation is ideal for everyone.

You can enjoy a three, four, or seven-night stay with arrival and departure options on Friday, Monday, or Thursday. Check-in is after 4pm, and check-out is before 11am.

Seahouses is a large village on the North Northumberland coast, nestled in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty filled with ancient castles, hidden gardens, and more than 30 miles of unspoilt beaches. The area features rolling hills with sweeping views and friendly little market towns.

Wildlife enthusiasts will love the diverse array of birds and mammals. Why not take a boat trip to the Farne Islands to witness thousands of seabirds, including the colourful puffin, as well as the UK’s largest grey seal colony? This experience is rated among the top wildlife experiences in the country. Keep an eye out for dolphins, whales, and porpoises, or go bird watching at the National Nature Reserve on Holy Island and Craster, where waders, geese, and ducks feed.

The bungalow has been tastefully renovated and decorated, featuring driveway parking and a large wrap-around garden—ideal for enjoying a relaxed evening after a hectic day out. Inside, you’ll find a spacious, light, and airy lounge with comfy seating, a Smart TV with Freeview, and a modern electric fire. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the property. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal, including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. Set on a small estate in the village of Beadnell, this two-bedroom bungalow offers convenient self check in accommodation and is less than 0.5 miles from a wonderful stretch of golden sand and the renowned Beadnell Bay. The location is perfect for water sports enthusiasts, with diving, paddle boarding, surfing, windsurfing, and kite surfing.

You can enjoy a variety of beautiful coastal walks and cycle trails following the coastal path to Bamburgh (5.5 miles) to visit its magnificent castle or to nearby Seahouses (2.5 miles) where you can find en suite rooms Seahouses and catch a boat to the wildlife-rich Farne Islands.

To the south, you can explore Newton-by-the-Sea (5.6 miles), Embleton (6 miles), and Craster (9 miles) to try the famous Craster Kipper.
